With years of experience supporting executives and high-impact teams, Claire understands that leadership is rarely black and white. She specializes in those high-stakes moments where data, experience, and intuition must converge to find the right path forward. While her background includes supporting leaders on a global scale, her focus is on the individual behind the title.
Claire doesn’t just coach from theory. Having navigated the complex realities of leadership herself, she has faced the difficult conversations and identity shifts that define a career. Today, she uses that practical wisdom to help you lead with clarity and confidence. By combining high-level strategy with deep human insight, Claire provides the tools you need to master your toughest hurdles and transform your identity.
Our practice is rooted in life-long learning. Certifications and education include a B.S. in Environmental Geosciences from the University of Notre Dame, MBA from Bellevue University, SHRM-certified, ICF-certified coach, International Tarot Foundation-certified reader, and somatic integrative work certified by The Embody Lab. Additionally, Claire has worked in a variety of corporate environments for the past 1.5 decades, with a specific focus for the past 5 years in coaching leaders and executives.
